I’ve played a pivotal role in the creation of innovative software products and have successfully guided seven companies through IPOs and M&A exits. My approach is rooted in “working backward” from the customer’s needs, ensuring that every decision—whether technical or product-focused—is deeply informed by real user insights and market demands. I’ve guided multiple venture-backed startups from product-market fit to successful acquisitions. As CTO, I architected platforms, built engineering teams, and secured seed funding by demonstrating technical capabilities. At Fleetsmith, I scaled a cloud-based device management platform, contributing to its acquisition by Apple. At Ampush (Acquired by Tinuiti), I led the engineering organization, developing the AMP software platform and contributing to Ampush’s recognition as a Facebook Strategic Preferred Marketing Developer (SPMD) and its leadership in growth marketing. At newScale (Acquired by Cisco), I led a major platform re-architecture, driving newScale’s position as a leader in cloud management and contributing to its acquisition by Cisco.
