I am a technology and product leader with a passion for building software, scaling organizations, and helping companies turn ambitious ideas into practical business outcomes. Throughout my career, I have worked across cloud infrastructure, gaming, fintech, compliance, and public safety technology, leading teams ranging from early-stage startups to large enterprise organizations. What continues to motivate me is learning how different industries operate and applying technology, product thinking, and operational discipline to help businesses grow and execute more effectively.

Career Highlights

Over the course of my career, I have held leadership roles at AWS, Microsoft, and Axon, building products used by millions of customers and organizations around the world. At AWS, I spent more than a decade leading governance, compliance, backup, and infrastructure services, including helping scale AWS Backup into a billion-dollar business. At Microsoft, I helped build gaming and streaming technologies across Windows and Xbox, including one of the first internet streaming music experiences on Xbox 360. I also served as an early engineering leader at Axon, helping build the body camera and digital evidence platform that transformed modern law enforcement operations. Earlier in my career, I earned a PhD in Computer Science from Northwestern University with a focus on robotics and artificial intelligence.
