At Nokia, as Senior VP of Finance and Corporate Development, I led the acquisition of Motorola's networks business, negotiating and closing the $1.4B deal over 18 months, and divested 13 non-core businesses from Siemens valued at $1B+. I completed over 20 acquisitions for Nokia valued in excess of $3B. Post Nokia, I served as CEO of AirSense Wireless, tripling revenue and selling to a strategic acquirer. At Apollo Global Management, I provided strategic and operational advisory on high-profile acquisitions. As CEO and Founder of VUI, I drove the development of patented AI technology transforming how consumers interact with online shopping platforms, secured multiple rounds of venture funding, and guided VUI to a strategic acquisition.
